Shipping
We
offer the following shipping options:
UPS Ground, or USPS Priority. Please indicate in the "Note"
section offered at checkout so we know which you would prefer. If a faster method is need such as second day, or Air let us
know so we can work out the charges with you.
*WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.
Payment Methods
We accept through Paypal,
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders.
Shipping times may vary depending on
the items in your order. Most orders are processed and shipped within four Business Days. You will receive an email within
24 Hours of you purchase stating what your estimated delivery time is. This is only a factor if you happen to order something
out of stock, or custom made. We would be happy to ship you a partial order, but will then require a small double shipment
fee of $5.00. If you want to pay by personal check to place your order, please email or call to set up payment. All Non- P.O. Box U.S. Orders are shipped
UPS unless you request otherwise. You will receive an email from UPS with your Tracking number the day the item is shipped.
For International orders
your shipping is not charged at purchase, but the day that your items are shipped. You will receive a payment request via
email from PayPal that will include your Customs number. This charge will have a 20% discount applied to the shipping fee
as a courtesy to our Overseas Customers.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address,
etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining
to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely
to bill the customer for their order. All orders will be charged and processed securely through paypal via email, unless other
payment arrangements have been made.
